• CANCELLATION POLICY •
NEW: I kindly ask for 36 hour notice. Failure to give proper notice will result in a fee of 50% of cancelled service. A no-show will be charged 100% of missed service. Of course, I understand things come up. This is for the few who cancel late repeatedly. Repeated late cancellations and no-shows will be asked to pre-pay before booking.
• WITH REGARDS TO ILLNESS •
If you, someone in your household, or someone in your care is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or any transmittable illness (common cold, flu, active skin infection, etc.) you must reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel with less than 36-hours notice due to illness or COVID-19 symptoms, I will waive the cancellation fee the first two (2) occurrences. I appreciate your understanding.
An invoice will be sent via Square if needed.
