SPA POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS
• 48 hours notice is required.
• If less than 48 hours notice is given, the fee is 50% of service missed. You must contact Grace+Clay via text or phone call only.
• This applies to all appointments, including prepaid appointments and gift certificates/cards on file.
• An invoice will be emailed and is due upon receipt.
NO SHOWS:
• No Call - No Show, the fee is 100% of service missed.
• This applies to all appointments, including prepaid appointments and gift certificates/cards on file.
• An invoice will be emailed and is due upon receipt.
Invoices must be paid before booking any future appointments.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel, move or reschedule online or through the Vagaro booking app up to 48 hours in advance of your reserved appointment.

• WITH REGARDS TO ILLNESS •
If you, someone in your household, or someone in your care is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or any transmittable illness (common cold, flu, active skin infection, cold sores etc.) you must reschedule your appointment. Cancellation fees apply at the discretion of the owner.

RESCHEDULES
At Grace+Clay, clients who frequently cancel, and/or reschedule their appointments, even if this is done in compliance with the 48-hour Cancellation policy, and those who No call/No Show, three consecutive times or cancel and/or reschedule every other appointment, may be subject to termination of services.
LATE POLICY
• If you are running late, please contact me. I appreciate the communication.
• If you arrive late, your appointment will end at the scheduled time at the full price for the service booked.
• If you are running considerably late, 15 minutes or more, we may have to reschedule your appointment and you may be subject to the Cancellation Policy. Any fees incurred must be paid before booking any future appointments.

RETURN POLICY
• All product sales at GRACE+CLAY are final. Once a product leaves our building, it can no longer be returned. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at joanne@graceandclaybeauty.com so we may address the situation.
• Services are non-refundable.
• Gift Certificates are non-refundable. If a service is purchased, you may use the cash value toward another service. In the event of an e-gfit card, and e-gift card only, being sent to the wrong email, a refund may be issued and you will be required to pay the return processing fees charged to Grace+Clay. Please double check your recipient email before purchase.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
• GRACE + CLAY is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
• Gift Certificates must be present to be honored. If you do not have your gift certificate, you will have to pay for your service. E-gift cards are in your email and can now be applied to Apple Wallet.
• Expired Gift Certificates for a service will be subject to a rate increase if service price has changed after the expiration date.
PROMOTIONS
• Promotions cannot be combined or substituted with other promotions.
• Promotional Gift Certificates have an expiration date. Once the promotional value has expired, you may use the paid cash value.
• Complimentary Gift Certificates/Promos/Bonus Bucks/VIP Dollars:

you may use up to $20 at one time on a service.

have an expiration date and cannot be extended.

cannot be redeemed for cash.

must be used in full, there is no cash back for balance.

cannot be used toward gratuity.

LASH EXTENSIONS

​FULL SET EYELASH EXTENSIONS require a 50% deposit at time of booking.

Our cancellation policy above applies.

Fills are booked every three weeks and you should have at least 50% of your extensions. If not, an extended fill will require an increase in price, up to a full set.
