• Gift Certificates must be present to be honored. If you do not have your gift certificate, you will have to pay for your service. E-gift cards are in your email and can now be applied to Apple Wallet.

• Expired Gift Certificates for a service will be subject to a rate increase if service price has changed after the expiration date.

• Promotions cannot be combined or substituted with other promotions.

• Promotional Gift Certificates have an expiration date. Once the promotional value has expired, you may use the paid cash value.

• Complimentary Gift Certificates/Promos/Bonus Bucks/VIP Dollars:  

1. you may use up to $20 at one time on a service.

2. have an expiration date and cannot be extended.

3. cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. must be used in full, there is no cash back for balance.

5. cannot be used toward gratuity.
